DON'T MISS THE 21ST ANNUAL WINEFEST THIS WEEKEND!

Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards invites you to come and enjoy the 21st annual Winefest, February 18th, 19th & 20th! The event will be held Friday and Saturday from 10am - 5pm and Sunday from 11am - 5pm. This three-day outdoor festival will feature live blues & jazz music, over 100 arts & craft vendors and award-winning Lakeridge Wine. Parking is free!

Complimentary winery tours and wine tasting will be offered throughout the festival and great specials will be offered in the wine shop. Chairs will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own chairs and blankets to enjoy while you watch the live bands performing on our outdoor stage. A variety of food and beverages, including Lakeridge wines by the glass and several domestic and imported beers will be available for purchase.

PETS OF THE MONTH AT INTEGRA MEADOWS

Would you like your pet to be our “Pet of the Month”? Send us the cutest picture you can find of your pet to integrameadows@contravest.com (make sure to include your pet's name and apartment number!). Each month we will pick three pets and will display their pictures on our monthly newsletter as well as our “Pet of the Month” board at the Leasing Office. You never know, your four-legged friend may just become famous!!!

DID YOU FORGET TO PAY YOUR WATER BILL?

We would like to remind all residents that you are responsible for paying all utilities on time. As per your lease agreement, when you pay your rent on the 1st of the month, your rent money will first be applied to any balance due on your water bill, leaving you with a balance on your rent account! For your convenience, you can make your water payments online by visiting http://www.oatesenergy.net/ . You can also mail your payment to Oates Energy or you can even make your payment at our Leasing Office, so don't forget to pay your water bill TODAY! A/C INSPECTIONS TO TAKE PLACE SOON!

It is that time of the year everyone! Our Maintenance Team will be scheduling A/C Inspections to be performed during the months of March, April and May and they will need to enter every apartment in the community. We will be sending out letters to every resident to let you know the exact date we will be going in to each apartment, so be on the lookout!

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

Ingredients
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Directions
1.In a medium bowl, mix together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, dry vegetable soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions. Cover and chill in the refrigerator approximately 2 hours before serving.
